1. Introduction

Welcome to Sean Hooper Timpani Sticks. By accessing and using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.  

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and images of our products are accurate. However, variations may occur.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Returns and Exchanges (Product Suitability)

  • If you purchase a pair of sticks and find they are not suitable for your needs, you may exchange them for a different model from the same product range.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the sticks must be returned to us in new and unused condition.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Upon receipt of the returned sticks in new condition, we will send you a replacement pair.

  • You will receive an invoice to cover our postage costs for sending the replacement pair. No additional charge will be applied for the replacement sticks themselves.

  • Please contact us prior to returning your items to ensure that the exchange is handled smoothly.

5. Warranty and Replacements (Damage in Normal Use)

  • We warrant that our sticks will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • If a stick is damaged during normal use (e.g., head becomes detached or handle breaks), we will replace the damaged pair free of charge.

  • To claim a replacement, you must return the damaged pair to us.

  • Upon receipt of the damaged pair, we will send you a replacement pair at no cost to you, including postage.

  • Normal use is defined as the intended use of the sticks for standard drumming practices.

  • Normal use explicitly excludes damage caused by:

    • Rim shots.

    • Playing cymbals.

    • Any other use not intended for the product.

  • We hold final say on what constitutes normal use.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

  • Risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.  

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant products.  

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.  

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
